Lake Monticello Reservoir

Picnic shelters, fishing, boat ramp and other water recreation. Smaller 300 acre Lake Monticello Recreation Lake is north of the larger lake.
Fishing prohibited April 1-May 1. Fishing allowed on Wednesday & Saturday only. No gasoline powered engines allowed. Gates open sunrise to sunset. Wood duck and blue bird boxes and plant markers dot this 1.5 mile trail. About 16 miles west of Winnsboro.
